We know you need to feel confident when deciding to book a holiday with us & understand you need reassurance that any travel plans you make will be a bit more flexible & secure with fully supported on the grounds. Our enhanced policy allows you to make changes to your holiday even after you started travel within Australia and New Zealand, subject to availability & services at the time of reconfirmation. if you change travel plans or move your travel dates, rebook to travel to a new destination within the same country, either Australia or New Zealand, subject to availability & services at the time of rebooking. For Tailor-Made bookings, some exclusions & penalties may apply, which will be advised in writing at the time of reconfirmation. A reservation will lapse only if you don't pay the deposit or the tour cost by the due date for the relevant payment 

If you cancel the confirmed booking due to COVID related government policy, you may receive a full refund or travel credit subject to our suppliers' booking terms & conditions, which will be advised at the time of confirmation, rebooking with Ros Elite Experience by travel credit toward future travel subject to availability & services; travel credit is non cash out but maybe transferable depending on our suppliers' booking terms & conditions. Applicable price of new journey applies, guests are responsible for any related additional costs for the amended booking. All other standard terms & conditions apply to the booking as per Ros Elite Experience's terms & condition 

 All protocols involving physical distancing, vaccinations, masking, testing and other safety practices are carried out in accordance with up-to-date local regulations and service provider requirements, and are clearly communicated both before and during your journey. In addition to being experts, your guides are fully versed in your destination’s health regulations as well as our suppliers and the ground operations. If, after your booking has been confirmed, a requirement is put into effect from the federal or state government of your country of residence for you to quarantine in a managed quarantine hotel (at your own expense) upon your return to your country or state of residence
