Bookings we handle (from individuals to groups):
- Bookings from B2B partners: Collaborations within the travel industry, including travel agencies worldwide, travel wholesalers, partners in travel electronic platforms, Australian and New Zealand ground operators, government agencies, corporate enterprises, and new business partners recommended by existing collaborators. Also, collaborations with Australian and New Zealand tourism boards, state tourism boards, trade bureaus, and incentive bureaus.
- Personalized Exclusive Customization: Individual, family, or group bookings for high-end leisure travel and various theme-based immersive experiences (e.g., in-depth cultural experiences, family study tours, wine and culinary tours, eco-hiking, golf, camping adventures, study tours for immigration and investment, etc.).
- Incentive Groups (small and high-end), government official visits, business inspections, real estate and farm investment inspections, fund and securities investment inspections, immigration and study consultations, and meeting inspections.
- Full-service coordination for Australia-wide tours, including arrangements for individual travelers (from 1 person) or groups (10 people and above). This includes accommodation, transportation, attraction tickets, activity planning, dining (recommended by us), and more

- International renowned chain hotels and hotel apartment groups throughout Australia.
- Australia's largest camping and caravan resorts.
- Mid to high-end bed and breakfasts throughout Australia.

Multi-day hiking tours in Australia with boutique accommodations:
- Tasmania, Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory.
Transportation options include:
- Charter services (standard business travel vehicles, Mercedes business travel vehicles, with professional Chinese or English-speaking drivers/guides).
- Chartered flights (luxury business jets, small private business jets, sightseeing helicopters).
- Charter boats (for deep-sea fishing, sightseeing, and dining cruises).
- Group tours for individuals (English-speaking local one-day or short-term in-depth experience group tours, including accommodation or airport transfers).
- Self-drive rentals: Australia-wide + New Zealand (4-8 seat cars), and the top 7 Australian and New Zealand brands for motorhomes.
We do not handle the following services or bookings:
- We do not handle regular ADS group tours, Chinese SIC day tours, or shopping tours.
- We do not handle tourism outside Australia (excluding New Zealand), long-distance cruising holidays, air tickets, visas, invitation letters, etc.
- We do not accept bookings that necessitate advance payment from us or any reservations where the customer is unable to make full payments within the specified deadlines outlined in our quotation prior to the customer's or their guests' departure, including group bookings
- We do not handle low-budget backpacker-style tourism, including self-guided backpackers using local public transportation or participating in Chinese-language seat in coach day tours designed for budget travelers. Additionally, we do not facilitate dining arrangements that fall below the minimum booking requirements set by the restaurant
- We do not handle bookings that request a breakdown of costs, and we do not accept reservations that involve bidding with other travel platforms (OTA) or other ground operators
We also do not handle individual bookings for single products:
- Due to differences in services and quality, to ensure that customers are not affected by uneven service quality and to maintain our own brand reputation, we do not accept any single-group bookings that require reception with other Australian ground operators or require low-cost bidding.
For example, we do not accept the following:
- Individual travelers or group bookings requesting a breakdown quotation (incentive groups may be considered based on the needs of the organizing agency).
- Reception of partial activities for the same group in Australia with other Australian ground operators.
As a destination management company, we are not a travel platform and do not accept bookings for individual travel products. For instance, we do not accept bookings for a single attraction, a specific hotel, individual charter services, airport transfers, or standalone dining reservations.
Exceptions: For itineraries that involve only one destination within Australia, rather than multiple Australian destinations, and accommodation that belongs to our list of high-end luxury hotels (luxury lodges of the same standard), we accept bookings for mini-travel packages. This includes a minimum of 3 luxury lodge room nights, at least one ground transportation option (private car and guide, car rental, motorhome rental, private jet, etc.), and a minimum of 1-2 activities, attractions, or dining experiences at the destination (recommended by us).
Car rentals in Australia and New Zealand: A minimum of 5 days booking for 5-8 seat cars from international chain brands or campervans from the top 7 brands in Australia and New Zealand.
Luxury scenic train travel packages in Australia: This includes accommodation for at least 2 nights before or after reaching the destination.
Additionally, we only handle ground reception for all-inclusive tour packages in all destinations, including accommodation, transportation (excluding public transportation), activities, and special dining experiences throughout Australia.
